Asked specific questions on warranty. Owner Steve Fultz seemed evasive with answers.

Once I actually looked at a copy of the warranty, I realized his answers were incorrect or deceptive. I found this on line apparently this guy is Steve Fultz AKA Steve Brown a transient from Michigan. This was definitely not a customer of Metroplex Pools we researched the complaint and have no way of contacting this person. It’s amazing that a competitor has time and effort to post this fake news!
